By booking or using our mobile car cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services at locations specified by the customer. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and selected package.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platform. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
4. Access & Location
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location. The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time, with keys available if required. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges or cancellation.
5. Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, or interior wear. Extremely dirty vehicles may require additional time and cost, which will be communicated before proceeding.
6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to adverse weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and arrange an alternative time.
7. Satisfaction & Liability
We strive to provide high-quality service. Any concerns must be raised immediately upon completion of the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Personal Belongings
Customers are advised to remove personal and valuable items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working conditions are unsafe, abusive behavior is encountered, or the vehicle condition poses a risk to staff or equipment.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
